History and Context:
The Church of the Glory of God is located in the western region of Ukraine, and is far from the frontlines. They have received and are serving many Ukrainians who have fled the fighting in the eastern part of their country and have been left with nothing.
Primary Ministries:
The Church of the Glory of God serves the needs of many through a variety of ministries. They have a humanitarian hub which provides food, clothing, and other essentials to Ukrainians displaced by the fighting. They minister to orphans and widows, and have a variety of other regular activities like youth events, English club, and fitness club, in addition to other outreach activities. They also have an active chaplaincy ministry that serves military and police personnel.
Current Needs:
- Purchase of resources for the many different ministries, especially to provide food packages and other essentials for Ukrainians displaced from the eastern part of the country
- Financial support for ministry personnel
